How do I sign up?

Complete the registration form and submit it as requested on the page. We will contact you to review the information and sign you up.

What subjects are offered?

Currently Math and English are offered Monday from 3:30PM-5:00PM and Saturday from 10:45AM-12:15PM. We are also offering basic computer literacy to solve Math & English problems. Other subjects may be offered as the need arises and tutors are available so check the web site often.

Is there any charge for this service?

No.

Do I have to be a parishioner of Holy Rosary or have my child enrolled in the school?

No to both questions although it may be easier to attend the Monday class if you are a Holy Rosary student.

What am I required to bring to class?

Mainly yourself and a desire to improve your academic performance. We will not do your homework but we will show you the best way to approach it and get the correct solution. Bring your textbook, if possible, paper & pencils, recent tests and graded homework so we can give you feedback. Most of all bring honesty. We are not here to judge you only help you. If we do not know what is wrong, we cannot offer a cure.

Do I have to attend each week?

No, but to keep your mind active and to achieve a sense of accomplishment you should try to attend each week.

Can I attend both Monday and Saturday?

Yes, but you may have different tutors for the same subject.

I signed up for both Math & English on the same day. How do I attend both classes?

On the registration form, indicate that you want tutoring for both Math and English on the same day. Upon review of the registration form, someone from the tutoring staff will contact you to work out a schedule that is suitable for your child’s needs.
